Megan and Darin' Storm AKA Booger. Megan has been a good friend of mine
for quite a few years now. She used to ride at the boarding stable in La Plata I used
to own, Willow Creek Farm Stables, LLC. Since then, she has adopted this beautiful man
and the two of them have become a great team! Megan and Booger are enjoying their "brutal"
lessons and growing together as a team! Megan hopes to bring Booger to a few of the MW
shows and show in the english ring. Look for them there!!!
Jenn and Dudley. Jenn started with me in March of 2008 with Dudley.
Jenn and Dudley are a wonderful team and hope to continue to grow as a team as well! Jenn
and Dudley attended thier first show with me on May 25, 2008 and placed very well!! I
didn't have to tell Jenn to smile for the rest of the day! Congrats to Jenn and Dudley on
a great show and job very well done!
Becca and Mia. Becca has been with me since she 2001. She originally
took lessons with me with her mare, Magic. In 2007, Becca bought Mia, a cute little
Norwegian Fjord 3 year old mare. Becca and I are working on breaking Mia together.
We are hoping to possible take Mia to a few Mounted Wanderers shows just to get her
use to being in different surroundings this spring and summer.
Brooke and Boomer. Brooke was one of my students at Willow Creek Farm
Stables in 2005 and 2006. She rode my quarter horse gelding Boomer. In 2006, Brooke and
Boomer went to their first Mounted Wanders Show on July 30. Brooke and Boomer placed
in all three of her classes and had a great time. Brooke is currently not taking
lessons.
Kelly and Lucy. Kelly took lessons with me on my first horse, Lucy
back in 2004. She has since purchased her own horse, Pocket. Her Mom purchased my old
show mare, Majic. They are currently not taking lessons as they are trying to move
into thier new house.
Maggie and Boomer. Maggie took lessons from me at Willow Creek as
well. She also rode Boomer. Maggie currently takes lessons at a stable closer to her
home in VA.
Meagan and Flash. Meagan has taken lessons from me since 2003.
In 2006, she purchased Flash. Meagan and Flash are a great team. In 2006, Meagan
and Flash took home a Champion in Western Novice Horse Walk/Jog, a Champion in Western

Training Horses
This is Good Golly Miss Molly. She belongs to two wonderful people in PG County.
Molly was a 3 year old Percheron Mare standing 15.3 hands tall. She was very easy
to teach and great fun to work with. After two months of training and a few months
of lessons with her owner and her, Molly is loving the trails and goes over and
through anything and everything.

This is Rascal. Rascal belonged to two of the greatest people
I know. The people who originally tried to break Rascal only damaged his trust and
understanding of what he needed to do. I worked with Rascal for 4 months on his trust
of humans and his riding skills. Towards the end of our training, Rascal loved people
and would walk right up to you for a kiss, but his riding skills still needed work.
In trying to teach him to lope, he developed a nasty bucking habit. We gave him some
time off and the owners daughter started coming out to ride him. No more buck! Rascal
now has a wonderful home with a great lady who trail rides him and absolutly adores him!

This is Xavior. Xavior is a beautiful 14.3 hand Arabian Gelding. He is owned
by a great lady that I adore. Xavior hasnt had the best past. The person the tried
to break him originally left him in a field with no grass or hay in the middle of
winter and rode him with a broken tree saddle. Because of these factors, Xavior threw
his back and a pinched a nerve in his hip. I immediately started him on Missing Link Plus
to help his back muscles and his joints. I spent 1 month on ground work and building
up his back muscles alone. After one month of riding, I made the decision that he would
never be ridable. His back and hip just couldnt take the pressure of being ridden.
He would only let people ride him for about 10 - 15 minutes before he would buck or
just plain refuse to go because of his back and his hip. His owner still has him and
smothers him in kisses and treats everyday.

This is Chance. Chance was bought to me by a wonderful lady named
Jennifer. Jenn had bought Chance and was looking for boarding and lessons. When I
first spoke to Jenn, she told me he had no coggins, hadnt seen a vet in almost 3
years and hadnt seen a farrier in a while. She got his coggins done and then she bought
him to me. Chance arrived 75-100lbs underweight, horrible feet and no life in his eyes!
I told her not to worry about his weight, I would fix that, and to get the vet out
immediately for shots. We dewormed him that night before dinner. He was on strict
quarentine because of not being wormed or having his shots. 1.5 months later, 75lbs
heavier, farrier work done, Chance had life in his eyes! He was such a good boy!
But, now that he was feeling better, he was to much for Jenn or her daughter to handle
being very beginner riders. So the decision was made to sell Chance. I rode him for
2 months getting him back into shape and fixing a few small issues. Then came Steve
and Caren! Congrats on buying Chance! I know you guys love him! I wish you all the best!
